Abstract
Kroz ovaj završni rad „Postupci kovanja titanskih legura“ prikazana je tehnologijom kovanja, svojstva i specifičnosti titanskih legura, njihovoj primjeni te potrebnim alatima i strojevima koji se koriste pri kovanju titanskih legura. U prvom dijelu je opisana sama tehnologija kovanja kao i podjela postupaka kovanja. U drugom poglavlju detaljnije je prikazano kovanje titana. Dana je kratka povijest titana i opis njegovog otkrića, kao i njegova fizikalna i kemijska svojstva te primjena. Također navedene su vrste titanskih legura kao i njihove specifičnosti. U trećem poglavlju dani su primjeri batova, preša te horizontalnih kovačkih strojeva koji se koriste prilikom kovanja titanskih legura. Osim strojeva dani su i primjeri ukovnja koji predstavlja kovački alat. U četvrtom poglavlju prikazan je proizvodni proces kovanja počevši od samog dizajniranja potrebnog ukovnja do slanja gotovih otkivaka u skladište. Na kraju je dan zaključak.
Abstract (english)
Through this final work "Forging of titanium alloys ", the forging technology is shown , the properties and specifics of titanium alloys, their application and the tools and machines used for forging of titanium alloys. The first chapter describes the forging technology itself as well as the division of the forging process. In the second chapter, we learn more about Titanium. A brief history of titanium is described and the description of its discovery is given, as well as its physical and chemical properties and its application. Titanium alloys as well as their specifics are also listed. In the third chapter, examples of hammers, presses and horizontal forging machines used for titanium alloy forging are given. In addition to the machines, there are also examples of dies which presents forging tool. In the fourth chapter, the production process is shown starting from the designing of the required dies to the delivery of finished products to the warehouse. At the end of this paper the conclusion is given.
