Abstract
U radu su analizirani fazni dijagrami legura, kao grafički prikazi hlađenja i ugrijavanja pojedinih legura određenog kemijskog sastava . U prvom dijelu rada opisane su općenite pojave vezane uz legure te prednosti i nedostaci čistih metala i razlozi njihovog legiranja. Opisan je i proces kristalizacije legura s navedenim kristalografskim sustavima i oblicima pojedinih kristalnih rešetki. U drugom dijelu opisani su fazni dijagrami, načini njihovog konstruiranja, polužni zakon i sistematizacija faznih dijagrama. Na nekoliko primjera dijagrama opisani su događaji vezani uz hlađenje legura određenog kemijskog sastava. Nakon toga posebno su opisani metastabilni i stabilni fazni dijagram stanja Fe-C legura. Za oba dijagrama opisane su brzine ohlađivanja i njihovi konstituenti kao što su: perlit, cementit, ledeburit, grafit, likvidus i solidus temperature, temperature pojedinih transformacija itd.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents an analysis of the alloy phase diagrams, as a graphs of cooling and heating of certain alloys with specific chemical composition. The first part of the paper describes general appearances connected with alloys, advantages and disadvantages of pure metals and reasons of their alloying. The paper also desrcibes the process of crystallization of alloys with mentioned crystallographic systems and forms of individual crystal grids. The second part of paper describes the phase diagrams, the ways of their construction, lever rule and systematization of phase diagrams. A few phase diagrams show events related to cooling the alloys with specific chemical composition. At the end, there are specially described metastable and stable phase diagrams of Fe-C alloys. Both diagrams describe their cooling rates and their constituents such as: perlite, cementite, ledeburite, graphite, liquidus and solidus temperatures, temperatures of some transformations etc.
