Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisane su teorijske osnove, podjela ljepila, izbor ljepila, prednosti i nedostaci lijepljenih spojeva i primjena lijepljenih spojeva. Opisana je tehnologija lijepljenja koja uključuje pripremu površine, lijepljenje, sastavljanje spoja, ispitivanje i kontrolu kvalitete. Detaljno su opisani utjecajni faktori na čvrstoću lijepljenog spoja: svojstva sloja ljepila, svojstva materijala, oblikovanje i opterećenje spoja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je ispitivanje ispitnih tijela prema normi ISO 4587. Ispitna tijela su bila pripremljena, lijepljena i nakon toga ispitivana na univerzalnom uređaju za mjerenje rasteznih svojstava. Korištene su dvije vrste materijala i tri vrste ljepila. Rezultati ispitivanja su prikazivali maksimalnu silu i maksimalno naprezanje tijekom kidanja ispitnih tijela. Analizom rezultata zaključilo se kako vrsta ljepila i vrsta materijala imaju znatan utjecaj na čvrstoću lijepljenog spoja.
Abstract (english)
In this master thesis, theoretical basics, adhesive separation, glue selection, advantages and disadvantages of bonded joints and application of bonded compounds have been described. Bonding technology is described, which includes surface preparation, bonding, assembly, testing and quality control. The influence factors on the strength of the bonded compound are described in detail: the properties of the adhesive layer, the properties of the material, the shape and the load of the compound. In the experimental part of the work, the test bodies were tested according to ISO 4587. The test bodies were prepared, glued and then tested on the testing machine. Two types of material and three types of glue were used. The test results showed the maximum force and maximum strain during the tensile test. Analysis of the result concluded that the type of material have a significant effect on the strength of the bonded compound.
