Abstract
U radu je prikazana način proizvodnje i uporaba odljevaka u automobilskoj industriji. Pojašnjene su tehnologije lijevanja za proizvodnju automobilskih dijelova. Prikazani su današnji zahtjevi za izradu automobilskih dijelova, te je navedena uporaba aluminijskih odljevaka u automobilskoj industriji. Pojašnjen je proces kontrole aluminijskih odljevaka te moguće greške koje mogu nastati tijekom lijevanja aluminija. Detaljno je objašnjen postupak izrade aluminijskih odljevaka i primjena kontrole kvalitete u praksi.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the production and use of castings in the automotive industry. It will be a clarification of casting technology for the manufacture of automotive parts. Today's requirements for the manufacture of automotive parts are presented, and the use of aluminum castings in the automotive industry is mentioned. The process of controlling aluminum castings and possible defects that may occur during casting of aluminum are explained. A detailed description of the manufacturing process of aluminum castings and the application of quality control in practice will be shown.
