Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisani su opći zahtjevi na materijale koji se koriste u kotlogradnji te kako se odgovarajućim postupcima navarivanja mogu postići zahtijevana svojstva konstrukcije. U prvom dijelu rada opisani su čelici za rad pri povišenim i visokim temperaturama, njihova podjela na mehanički otporne čelike pri povišenim temperaturama i vatrootporne čelike te opis pojedinih čelika iz obje grupe. U drugom dijelu rada priča se temelji na opisu nikla, njegovim karakteristikama te karakteristikama legura koje nikal tvori u kombinaciji s bakrom, kromom, molibdenom i željezom. U trećem dijelu rada opisani su postupci navarivanja te podjela i karakteristike postupaka zavarivanja kojima se izvodi navarivanje. U četvrtom dijelu dana je analiza dviju normi prema kojima se izvode ispitivanja navarivanja prije početka proizvodnje. U petom dijelu, koji predstavlja eksperimentalni dio rada, provedena su ispitivanja navara na kotlovskoj cijevi i objavljeni rezultati ispitivanja. Provedeno je makrografsko ispitivanje, ispitivanje tvrdoće te ispitivanje savijanjem.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis are described general requirements for the materials used in the boiler construction and how appropriate processes of overlay welding can achieve the required construction properties. In the first part of the paper are described steels for working at elevated and high temperatures, their division to mechanically resistant steels at elevated temperatures and fireproof steels and description of the individual steel from both groups. In the second part of the paper the story is based on the description of nickel, its characteristics and characteristics of alloys that nickel forms in combination with copper, molybdenum and iron. In the third part of the paper are described processes of overlay welding and division and characteristics of welding processes which are being performed for overlay welding. In the fourth part of the paper is presented the analysis of two norms under which the examinations of overlay welding are conducted, before the start of production. In the fifth part, which presents experimental part of the paper, examinations of overlay welding on boiler tube have been carried out and the results were published. Macrographic testing, hardness testing, and bending test were performed.
