Abstract
U radu su opisane osnovne značajke tla, njegov utjecaj na rast i razvoj biljnih i životinjskih vrsta te osnovne fizikalne i mehaniĉke značajke tla. Opisana je i sama struktura tla te njegova kvaliteta koja bitno utječe na reduciranje nepovoljnih utjecaja na tlo. Osim toga detaljno je objašnjena i prikazana sama obrada tla, povijesni razvoj obrade od njenih samih početaka pa sve do razvoja suvremene tehnologije. Opisane su i glavne značajke obrade, njezin utjecaj na uzgoj biljnih vrsta. Usvojene su i neke norme kojih se treba pridržavati prilikom obrade tla. Prikazane su i različite tehnike oranja. Također je opisan i povijesni razvoj pluga koji je od svojih najranijih početaka, pa sve do danas doživio velike promjene. Objašnjena je i prikazana podjela plugova s obzirom na nekoliko kriterija, zatim i dijelovi koji čine plug te njihovo značenje u obradi tla. Mehanizmima trošenja posvećena je posebna pažnja kao osnovnim pokazateljima trošenja strojnih dijelova i opreme uslijed dinamičkog djelovanja drugih tijela. Detaljno su opisana četiri osnovna mehanizma trošenja i faze njihovog nastanka. Prikazano je usto i nekoliko srodnih oblika trošenja. Na kraju je sve dokazano eksperimentalnim dijelom gdje je ispitivanje oranja izvedeno na standardnim i navarenim lemešima.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the basic soil characteristics, its impact on the growth and development of plant and animal species and the basic physical and mechanical properties of the soil. The soil structure itself and its quality are also described, which significantly affects the reduction of adverse impacts on the soil. In addition, the soil treatment itself, the historical development of processing from its very beginnings to the development of modern technology has been explained in detail. The main features of the processing, its influence on the cultivation of plant species, are also described. Certain standards have also been adopted which should be observed when treating the soil. Various plowing techniques are also shown. The historical development of the plague has also been described since its earliest beginnings, and so far it has made great changes to date. The distribution of plows is explained and presented with respect to several criteria, and then the parts that make up the plug and their significance in soil treatment. Special attention has been paid to wear mechanisms as basic indicators of wear of machine parts and equipment due to the dynamic performance of other bodies. The four basic mechanisms of wear and the phase of their production are described in detail. Several related forms of wear are also shown. In the end, everything is proved in the experimental part where the plowing test is performed on standard and threaded plates.
