Abstract
U radu su analizirani uvjeti eksploatacije automobilskih naplataka, kao i materijali od kojih se proizvode uz njihova svojstva. Posebna pozornost se posvetila procesima i metodama reparature kao i razlozima za reparaciju, odnosno za kupovinu novog naplatka u smislu tehnološko – ekonomske analize potrebe za popravljanjem naplatka. Teorijski dio rada je obuhvatio opis elektrokemijske koroziji i uklanjanje i sprječavanje korozije, detaljni opis metoda reparature automobilskih naplataka, općenito o gumama za automobile i ekološke uvjete kod provedenih postupaka reparature. Eksperimentalni dio je obuhvatio reparaturu aluminijskog automobilskog naplatka procesima popravka unutarnjeg ruba naplatka, pjeskarenja, brušenja, poliranja i lakiranja. Zaključak je bio da se naplatak podvrgnut reparaturi isplatio popraviti zbog manjih oštećenja koja ne utječu na eksploatacijska svojstva naplatka i zbog prihvatljive cijene postupaka reparature. Reparaturom naplatka i završnim lakiranjem se dobio specifičan izgled naplatka kakav se na tržištu za taj model naplatka ne bi našao, pa se to uzima kao još jedan razlog za reparaturu u odnosu na kupovinu novog naplatka.
Abstract (english)
In this Bachelors thesis conditions of exploatation of automotive rims have been analized, as well as the materials used to produce rims, and their properties. Special attention has been dedicated to processes and methods of repairing as well as reasons to repair or buy a new rim considering technological and economical analysis of the need for repairing the rim. Theoretical part of the thesis included a description of the electrochemical corrosion and removal and prevention of corrosion, detailed description of automotive rims repairing methods, generally about automotive tires and ecological conditions during conducted repairing proceduress. The experimental part of the thesis captured an automotive rim repair processes including repair of the inner rim, sanding, grinding, polishing and painting. The conclusion was that the reparation was worthwile considering it’s minor defects that did not effect exploatation of the wheel and the acceptable price of the reparation. The rim gained a look that was unique so it can be another reason for repairing instead of buying a new rim.
