Abstract
U diplomskom radu ukratko je opisana kontrola kvalitete kompenzatorske brtve. U uvodnom dijelu je opisano općenito o kompenzatorima te njihova podjela i primjena. Nakon podjele kompenzatora prelazi se na postupke oblikovanja mjehova. Treće poglavlje opisuje svrhu i prednosti kompenzatorske brtve. Poglavlje 4. govori detaljnije o kontroli kvalitete, mjernoj opremi i ispitivanju brtvenog metalnog mijeha. U poglavlju 5 je opisan potpuni proces kontrole prilikom izrade kompenzatorske brtve sa pripadajućim izvještajima. Završno poglavlje je analiza procesa u kojem je analizirana proizvodnja mjehova hidrauličkim oblikovanjem.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the quality control of metal bellows seal. The introduction describes metal expansion joints in general, their division and their usage. The procedure of forming bellows can be found in the next part, while the third chapter talks about the usage and advantages of metal bellows seal. The fourth chapter discusses quality control, measurement equipment and testing of metal bellows seal. The fifth chapter consists of a detailed description of the control process while creating metal bellow with accompanying reports. The last chapter is the analysis of the process which uses hydraulic forming to produce bellows.
