Abstract
U ovom radu prikazan je proračun zamora drenažnih cijevi spalionice smeća. Drenažne cijevi ciklički su opterećene udarom trna koji skida pepeo sa izmjenjivača topline na kojima se nalaze drenažne cijevi. Cijevi su opterećene i tlakom unutar njih. Proračun je proveden za odabrane kritične presjeke pojedinih cijevi koje su opterećene na dva načina, Step A i Step B. Također je prikazana izrada modela u programu Abaqus/CAE 2016. Prikaz rezultata nalazi se u prilozima. Proračun je proveden kombinirajući dvije norme, EN 12952-3:2012-03 i EN 13445-3:2009 te se ovisno o njima donosi zaključak o zamornoj čvrstoći drenažnih cijevi.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents fatigue calculation of drain pipes of the waste incineration installations. The drain pipes are cyclicly loaded with a thorn impact that drains the ashes from the heat exchanger on which drain pipes are located. Tubes are loaded with internal pressure also. The calculation was made for the critical cross-sections of the individual pipes loaded in two ways, Step A and Step B. The Abaqus / CAE 2016 model is also presented. The results are presented in the appendices of this paper. The calculation was carried out by combining the two standards, EN 12952-3: 2012-03 and EN 13445-3: 2009, and depending on them, conclusion is given in relation to resistant fatigue strength of drain pipes.
