Abstract
U ovom radu je opisan postupak visokofrekventnog zavarivanja koji se najviše koristi za izradu uzdužnih šavnih cijevi te iz tog razloga su sheme prikazane na primjeru visokofrekventog postupka izrade cijevi. Opisani su osnovni procesi visokofrekventnog zavarivanja kao i njihove karakteristike u tehnologiji izrade visokofrekventnih cijevi i njihovoj primjeni. Visokofrekventno zavarivanje je ekonomičan postupak te zato ima i široku primjenu u automobilskoj, naftnoj, prehrambenoj, energetskoj, strojarskoj i građevinskoj industriji. Ovaj je postupak primjenjiv za veliki broj različitih materijala kao što su: ugljični čelici, nehrđajući čelici, titan, aluminij, bakar. Svaka zavarena cijev ima svoj kontrolni list u koji se unose podatci dobiveni tijekom kontrole. Na osnovu kontrolnog lista se zaključuje je li cijev zadovoljila propisane uvjete ili ne.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes procedures of high-frequency welding and becouse it is mainly used for longitudinally welded pipes schemes are presented on example of a high-frequency pipe manufacturing process. The basic proceses of high frequency welding are described, as well as their characteristics in process of production high-frequency pipes and their application. High-frequency welding is a cost-effective process and therefore has wide application in automotive, oil, food, energy, engineering and construction industries. his procedure is applicable to a large number of different materials such as: carbon steels, stainless steels, titanium, aluminum, copper. Each welded pipe has its own control sheet in which is stored data from control operations. Based on the control list it is concluded whether the pipe meets the prescribed conditions or not.
