Abstract
U radu je analizirana primjena suvremenih uređaja za mjerenje ravnosti i paralelnosti. Opis uređaja, primjena, prednosti i nedostatci primjene ovakvih tipova uređaja. U praktičnom primjeru na izabranom reprezentantu CNC četvrtoj osi fiber lasera – vodilicama mjerena je točnost paralelnosti i ravnosti. Četvrta os ima dva stupnja slobode gibanja translacijsko i rotacijsko gibanje. Linearne vodilice i zupčasta letva trebaju međusobno biti paralelne i međusobno trebaju imati ravnost površina. Eksperimentalnim putem je utvrđeno da izrađene i montirane vodilice imaju veća odstupanja na lijevoj vodilici i odstupanja su daleko veća od zahtijevanih točnosti paralelnosti i ravnosti površine koji su potrebni za pravilno gibanje 4 osi po kliznim vodilicama.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the application of modern devices for measuring flatness and parallelism. Description of the device, application, advantages and disadvantages of using these types of devices. In the practical example of the selected representative CNC, the fourth axis of the fiberglass guides measured the accuracy of the parallelism and the straightness. The fourth axis has two degrees of freedom of rotation and rotational motion. Linear guides and toothed laths need to be parallel to each other and need to have a level surface on each other. Experimentally, it has been found that the guides made and mounted have greater deviations on the left guide and the deviations are far greater than the required accuracy of the parallelism and level of the surface required for proper 4-axis motion by sliding guides.
