Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tema izrade proizvoda iz lima postupkom rezanja mlazom vode. U uvodnom dijelu opisan je postupak rezanja mlazom vode, njegove značajke, iskorištenje energije i brzina obrade. Analizirana je i usporedba s drugim toplinskim postupcima rezanja. Također je opisana pripadajuća oprema za rezanja vodenim mlazom te utjecaj brzine rezanja na kvalitetu obrade. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rezanja vodenim mlazom prikazana je točnost izrade proizvoda uz različite brzine rezanje za različite debljine limova.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the theme of making sheet metal products by cutting water jet. The introductory section describes the process of cutting water jets, its features, energy utilization and processing speed. Comparison with other thermal cutting methods was also performed. Also described are the associated equipment for water jet cutting and the impact of cutting speed on processing quality. In the experimental part of the cutting with water jet, the accuracy of the product is presented with different cutting speeds for different sheet thicknesses.
