Abstract
U ovome radu opisana je tehnologija izrade i popravak alata za kovanje u autoindustriji, gdje ćemo govoriti o načinima obrade, materijalu koji se koristi, svojstvima dobivenim toplinskom obradom i o točnosti tih alata u kovanju otkivaka. Navest ćemo razne postupke za izradu gravure u alatu za kovanje s kojim dobivamo tražene dimenzije i točno izrađen otkivak koji želimo proizvoditi. Prikazat će se i slikama pokazati točno određeni alat za otkivak koji se proizvodi u pogonu i priložiti dokumentaciju za otkivak s dimenzijama. Navest će se postupci popravaka alata kada se potroši i više ne proizvodi točne izratke.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the technology of machining and repairing of cutting tools in the auto industry, where we will talk about the processing methods, the material being used, the properties obtained by heat treatment and the accuracy of these tools in the cutting of the forgings.We will list various methods for making engraving in the forging tool with which we obtain the required dimensions and the precisely manufactured rivet we want to produce.We will also show the pictures to show the exact cutting tool that is produced in the drive and to attach the dimensioning drill documentation.We will mention tool repair procedures when it is consumed and no longer produces accurate results.
