Abstract
U ovom radu kroz kratki uvod opisana je povijest željezničkog prijevoza kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj, također je odrađen eksperimentalni dio proizvodnje srednje kolijevke za prijevoz kolutova lima. Od trenutka kada je industrijska revolucija krenula pa sve do danas željeznička infrastruktura se mijenja i unapređuje prema zahtjevima tržišta. Kako se razvijala i auto industrija došlo je do potrebe transporta lima od točke A do točke B, u današnje vrijeme dok je auto industrija na vrhuncu i ta potreba za transportom lima se povećala. Kako bi u što manjem trošku prevezli što veću količinu lima konstruiran je vagon s kolijevkama za prijevoz kolutova lima. U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisane su sve točke potrebne za izradu srednje kolijevke za prijevoz kolutova lima, također je opisana i sva potrebna oprema za proizvodnju iste. Od prvog modela kolijevke koji je konstruiran, tokom vremena dolazilo je do revizije i do izmjena postojeće konstrukcije s ciljem poboljšanja sigurnosti u prijevozu, kako sirovine tako i cijelokupnog vagona.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents a short introduction to the history of railway transport both in the world and in Croatia, as well as the experimental part of the production of a crankcase for the transport of sheet rolls. From the moment when the industrial revolution started, and until today, the railway infrastructure is changing and improving according to market demands. As the automotive industry developed, there was a need to transport the files from A to B, while the car industry at the peak and the need for sheet transportation increased. In order to transport as much as possible the amount of the sheet metal, a wagon with cradle for the transport of sheet rolls is constructed. In the experimental part are described all the points required for the production of the intermediate cradle for the transport of sheet rolls, all the necessary equipment for manufacturing the same is also described. From the first model of the cradle that was constructed, over time there was a revision and upgrading of the existing construction to improve transport safety, both raw materials and the entire wagon.
