Abstract
Diplomski rad sastoji se od terijskog i praktičnog dijela. Opisana je tehnologija izrade stola za zavarivanje i pratećih radnji koje su vezane za samo izradu. Opisano je MAG zavarivanje i tri načina prijenosa metala kod MAG zavarivanja, te glavne karakteristike MAG uređaja za zavarivanje.U teorijskom dijelu govori se općenito o zavarivanju, atestu postupka zavarivanja i atestu zavarivača te o dokumentima koji su važni prilikom zavarivnja. U praktičnom dijelu diplomskog rada prikazan je tehnološki redoslijed aktivnosti pri izradi stola za zavaivanje. Redoslijed aktivnosti prikazan je kroz tablice i fotografije, zavarivački stolovi svoju primjenu nalaze pri školovanju zavarivača za ručne i poluautomatizirane postupke zavarivanja te pri atestaciju postupka zavarivanja i atestaciji zavarivača za pojedine procese zavarivanja.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. It describes technology for producing welding desk and accompanying activities that are linked to production itself. It illustrates the MAG welding process and the three methods of transferring metal in MAG welding, as well as the chief characteristics of the MAG device for welding. Theoretical part is devoted to welding in general, to certifying the process of welding and the welder, and to documents that are necessary during the welding process. Practical part of thesis shows the technological sequence of activities in producing the welding desk. The sequence is presented through tables and photos, welding tables its application is found in the training of welders for manual and semi-automatic welding procedures, as well as for welding process and welding process for welding welding processes.
