Abstract
U ovom radu prikazani su i opisani uobičajeni materijali i strojarske tehnologije koji se koriste za izradu dimovodnih elemenata. Detaljnije je razrađena izrada jednog odabranog reprezentanta, vrata dimovoda izrađenih od korozijski postojanog (inox) čelika. Opisana su svojstva tog čelika, te slijed aktivnosti u izradi odabranoga reprezentanta. Također, detaljnije su opisane tehnologije elektrootpornog točkastog i šavnog zavarivanja, te zavarivanja TIG postupkom, koji se koriste pri izradi ovog dimovodnog elementa.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, usual materials and manufacturing technologies that are used for manufacturing chimney elements are shown and described. Production of one chosen representative product, the chimney door made of stainless (inox) steel, is shown in detail. Properties of this steel, as well as all the activities for production of the representative, are described. Moreover, welding technologies such as resistance spot welding, resistance seam welding and TIG welding are also described in detail, because these technologies are also used in the production of the chosen representative.
