Abstract
U radu je općenito opisana tehnologija kovanja, koja obuhvaća slobodno kovanje i kovanje u ukovnju. Posebno je opisana konstrukcija ukovnja za kovanje koljenastog vratila trimera koja opisuje odabir same tehnologije kovanja, proračun potrebnih gravura i dimenzija ukovnja. Uvodni dio sadrži općenito opisan nastanak i primjenu tehnologije kovanja. U drugom poglavlju, kovanje, opisana je kovačka proizvodnja, te podjela kovanja na slobodno kovanje i kovanje u ukovnju. Objašnjena su tehnološka rješenja za izvedbu ukovnja i proces izvođenja tehnologije kovanja. Ukratko su opisani i kovački strojevi. Treće poglavlje, određivanje tehnologije kovanja, opisuje odabir grupe otkivaka, proračun volumena i dimenzija početnog materijala (sirovca), klasifikaciju otkivka, proračun rada deformacije, proračun mase padajućih dijelova kovačkih batova, te provjeru po Besheu. Četvrto poglavlje, proračun potrebnih gravura ukovnja, obuhvaća proračun dimenzija gravure za sabijanje, prethodne gravure i završne gravure. Peto poglavlje, konstruiranje ukovnja, sadrži proračun dimenzija samog ukovnja, odnosno visine, širine i duljine ukovnja, elemenata ukovnja, te odabir materijala za izradu ukovnja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes forging technology in general, which includes free forging and closed die forging. Construction of forging die for forging of trimmer crankshaft, which describes choosing forging technology itself, calculation of required die impressions and forging die dimension are specifically described. The introductory part generally describes the emergence and application of forging technology. In the second chapter, forging, forging production, and the division of the forging on free forging and closed die forging is described. Tehnological solutions for making of forging die and process of forging technology are also explained. Forging machines are briefly described. Chapter three, determination of forging technology, describes the selection of forged steel group, calculation of the starting material volume and dimensions, classification of forged steel, calculation of the work deformation, calculation of the weight of falling parts of forging hammers, and the check by Beshe. Chapter four, calculation of required die impressions, includes the compression, previous and final die impression calculation. Chapter five, construction of forging die, contains the calculation of dimensions of forging die itself, the height, the width, and length, calculation of forging die elements, and the selection of the manufacturing material.
