Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je opisan postupak spajanja materijala lijepljenjem kroz tri cjeline. Prva cjelina rada se temelji na teorijskom opisu postupka lijepljenja, izboru ljepila, podjele ljepila i primjerima iz prakse. Druga cjelina rada detaljno opisuje utjecaj pojedinih parametara na čvrstoću lijepljenog spoja. Parametri kao što su: svojstva ljepila, svojstva materijala za lijepljenje, uvjeti opterećenja, postupak lijepljenja i konstrukcijsko oblikovanje spoja, stvaraju niz karika u lancu za pouzdani lijepljeni spoj. Treća cjelina rada sastoji se od eksperimentalnog dijela. Cilj eksperimentalnog dijela rada je utvrditi ovisnost hrapavosti površine na mehanička svojstva lijepljenog spoja. Za ispitivanje, korišteni su aluminijska ispitna tijela po normi ISO 4587, te dvije vrste ljepila. Duljina preklopa kod svih ispitnih tijela je konstantna, dok je hrapavost površine mijenjana. Rezultati ispitivanja pokazuju da postoji ovisnost hrapavosti površine o mehaničkim svojstvima lijepljenih spojeva kod određenih vrsta ljepila.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis, the method of material compound with glue bonding has been described through the three chapters. The first chapter of the work is based on the theoretical description procedure of bonding, glue selection, glues classification and examples from practice. The second chapter of work described in detail the influence some parameters on the strength of the glued compound. Parameters such as: glue properties, material properties for bonding, load conditions, bonding procedure and constructional design of the compound, create a series of links in the chain for a reliable glue bonded compound. The third chapter of work consists of an experimental part. The aim of the experimental part of the paper is determining surface roughness dependence on the mechanical properties of the glue bond. For testing, aluminum test specimens were made according to norm ISO 4587 and two types of glues were used. The length of overlap in all test samples was constant, while the roughness of the surface varies. The test results show that addictional exist surface roughness of the mechanical properties of glued compounds at certain types of glues.
