Abstract
Tema ovog rada je proračun nosive konstrukcije poluprikolice za prijevoz balvana. Na početku je obrazložena upotreba čelika visoke čvrstoće u izradi prikolica. Predočena je ušteda u izradi samih prikolica i smanjenje utjecaja na okoliš. Prikazane su neke od osnovnih vrsta prikolica i poluprikolica. Izrađen je trodimenzionalni prikaz prikolice i dijelova prikolice koji su proračunati u nastavku. Određeni su tipovi opterećenja koji djeluju na konstrukciju prikolice. Provedeni su proračuni glavnih greda i poprečnih nosača. Proračuni greda izvedeni su s pretpostavkom jednolikog opterećenja osovina kao i bez pretpostavke. Profili su dimenzionirani prema većem opterećenju. Zatim su naprezanja provjerena metodom konačnih elemenata u programu Ansys za pojedine načine opterećenja. Profil glavne grede je optimiran također u Ansys-u opcijom Response Surface Optimisation. Nakon dobivenih rezultata optimizacije izrađen je novi model za analizu naprezanja u Ansys-u. Analizirana su naprezanja i predložene neke od izvedbi spojeva nosača.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the calculation of the conveying structure of the semitrailer for the transport of the sheep. At the beginning, the use of high strength steel in the design of trailers was justified. Savings in the design of trailers and environmental impacts have been presented. Some of the main types of trailers and semi-trailers are shown. A three-dimensional representation of trailer and trailer parts is compiled below. There are certain types of loads that affect the design of the trailer. The calculations of the main beams and transverse supports were carried out. The beam calculations are derived with the assumption of a uniform load on the axle as well as without any assumption. Profiles are dimensioned to a higher load. Then the strains are tested by the finite element method in the Ansys program for certain load modes. The main beam profile is also optimized in Ansys with the Response Surface Optimization option. After the optimization results were obtained, a new strain analysis model was developed in Ansys. Tests have been analyzed and some of the embodiments of the carrier compounds are proposed.
