Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi konstruiranjem dodatka za kosilicu koji služi za pretvorbu kosilice na guranje u daljinsko upravljanju kosilicu. Cilj rada je napraviti prilagodljiv dodatak za daljinsko upravljanje kosilice koji se giba samostalno i može poslužiti za prihvat različitih tipova kosilica. Također su moguća kasnija proširenja dodatka za kosilicu u smislu dodavanja raznih senzora, kao i moguće proširenje u smislu izvora energije kako bi uređaj mogao postići strože zahtjeve postavljene na njega. Opisan je kinetički i kinematički model za odabranu izvedbu konstrukcije koji objašnjava izračun potrebne snage, kao i ovisnost ulaznih varijabli i izlaznih varijabli, pa su se računali i prijenosni omjeri za elemente konstrukcija koji vrše prijenos snage i gibanja. Izrađena je detaljna konstrukcija dodatka za daljinsko upravljanje kosilicom u programskom paketu SolidWorks 2019, te je pojedinim detaljima konstrukcije pojašnjena svrha. Osim kinetičkog i kinematičkog proračuna, za pororačun čvrstoće nosivih dijelova izvršila se numerička analiza metodom konačnih elemenata. Nakon analize izvršena je i optimizacija s ciljem postizanja manje mase i uštede materijala. Program za upravljanje dodatka kosilice programiran je pomoću programa Arduino te se upravljanje vrši putem Arduino UNO mikrokontrolera.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with the design of a lawnmower attachment that serves to turn the lawnmower in to a remote-controlled lawnmower. The aim of the work is to make a customizable attachment for the remote-control lawnmower and can be used to accept various types of mowers. Later extensions of the lawnmower attachment are also possible in the sense of adding various sensors, as well as a potential extension of the energy source so that the device can achieve the more demanding requirements placed on it. A kinetic and kinematic model for selected design is described, which explains the calculation of the required power, as well as the dependence of input variables and output variables. The gear ratio for the elements that carry power and motion is computed. A detailed design of the remote-control attachment for the lawnmower in the SolidWorks 2019 software package has been developed, and specific construction details have been clarified. In addition to the kinetic and kinematical calculations, the numerical analysis of finite elements was performed for the strength calculation of the supporting parts. After the analysis, optimization was carried out with the aim of achieving less mass and saving material. The lawnmower control is programmed using the Arduino language and is managed via the Arduino UNO Microcontroller.
