Abstract
Aditivne tehnologije omogućavaju visoko prilagođenu proizvodnju i u prehrambenoj industriji. Čokolada je posebno privlačan materijal za 3D pisače, ali i jednako izazovan zbog svojih svojstava u tekućem stanju. U radu je prikazan digitalni 3D model prostornog pisača čokolade. Na temelju digitalnog modela izrađene su prototipne komponente pisača, sastavljen uređaj i napravljen probni ispis. Analizirani su rezultati i predočene smjernice za nastavak razvoja uređaja. Izvedeni uređaj je poslužio kao dobra osnova za samostalnu izradu prostornog pisača i posebnog uređaja za ispis čokolade. Za veću primjenu potrebno je dodatno ispitati i odabrati odgovarajuću čokoladnu smjesu pogodnu za prostorni ispis što premašuje opseg rada. Također je poželjno optimalno uskladiti mjere zupčane pumpe, napraviti je od aluminija te prilagoditi parametre rada uz dodatne provjere.
Abstract (english)
Adaptive technologies allow highly customized production in the food industry. Chocolate is a particularly attractive material for 3D printers, but equally challenging because of its current properties. This paper presents a digital 3D model of printer for chocolate. Based on the digital model, prototype components of the printer were made, the device was assembled and a test print was made. The results and guidance for continued product development have been analysed. The built-in device has served as a good basis for independent spatial printer creation and special chocolate printing device. For larger applications, it is necessary to further examine and select the appropriate chocolate mixture suitable for spatial printing exceeding the range of work. It is also desirable to optimally align the gear pump dimensions, make it from aluminium and adjust the working parameters with additional checks.
