Abstract
Ovim radom je opisan postupak poboljšanja čelika, odnosno visokotemperaturno popuštanje te utjecaj trajanja popuštanja na tvrdoću čelika C45. Prvim poglavljem je općenito opisan postupak poboljšavanja čelika koji može biti klasičnim putem pomoću kaljenja i visokotemperaturnog popuštanja ili poboljšavanje može biti izotermno. Tu su još objašnjena osnovna svrha poboljšavanja i pojave na koje treba obratiti pažnju prilikom visokotemperaturnog popuštanja. Trećim poglavljem su opisana četiri stadija popuštanja i proesi koji se odvijaju tokom tog procesa. Eksperimentalnim dijelom rada opisan je čelik C45 te je opisan postupak uzimanja uzoraka za analizu, obavljena je kemijska analiza čelika i potvrđena usklađenost s odredbama norme za navedeni čelik. Uzorci su kaljeni u komornoj peći te gašeni u vodi.
Abstract (english)
In this paper is described the process of improving the steel, ie the high temperature drop and the impact of the durability of the steel hardness C45. The first chapter generally describes a process of improving steel which can be classical by means of calcination and high temperature quenching or improvement may be isothermal. The basic purpose of improvement and the occurrence of high-temperature release should be explained. The third chapter describes the four stages of relaxation and the process that take place during this process. The experimental part of the work described is steel C45 and described the procedure for taking samples for analysis, chemical analysis of the steel and verification of compliance with the provisions of the standard for said steel.
