Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu diplomskog rada prikazani su uvjeti obrade tokarenjem i opterećenje rezne oštrice u postupku rezanja. U praktičnom dijelu diplomskog rada provedene su simulacije naprezanja i opterećenja držača alatne pločice pri uvjetima eksploatacije, odnosno tokarenja. Držač i pločica koji su podvrgnuti simulaciji su realni i istovjetni su onima tvrtke „Sandvik Coromant“ model: C4-DCKNR-27050-12. U ovom diplomskom radu zadatak je bio simulirati opterećenje na držač alatne pločice kao i na samu pločicu te promatrati pojavu naprezanja i deformacija prilikom simuliranih uvjeta eksploatacije. Pokus je proveden kako bi se dobilo detaljnije znanje o spomenutim pojavama pri realnim uvjetima i sa realnim svojstvima materijala.
Abstract (english)
In practical part of this master thesis, simulation of stress and loadings of tool holder in exploatation conditions, or better lathe machining. Tool holder and cutting knife that are subjected to simulation are real and are identical of those from company „Sandvik Coromant“ model: C4-DCKNR-27050-12. In this master thesis it was needed to impose load on tool holder as well as cutting knife and observe appearance of stress and deformation in simulation conditions. Experiment is carried out so that detailed conclusion can be made of on already mentioned appearences in real conditions and with real material properties.
