Abstract
U završnom radu je detaljno objašnjeno i prikazano više vrsta vodilica. Prikazane su njihove izmjere i specifikacije te je objašnjeno njihovo funkcioniranje. Objašnjeno je podmazivanje linearnih vodilica te mjere sigurnosti pri postavljanju i prilikom rada vodilice kako ne bi doslo do grešaka i smanjena točnosti linearnih vodilica. U završnom radu se nalazi i glavne primjene linearnih vodilica te njihovo označavanje. Proveden je proračun kojemu su ulazne vrijednosti bile željene brzine gibanja, ubrzanje i usporavanje te masa koju blokovi i vodilice moraju moči podnjeti. Na kraju proračuna se dobiju rezultati o životnom vijeku za svaki blok u kilometrima. Proračun je pokazao da model linearne vodilice koji je odabran zadovoljava željene zahtjeve.
Abstract (english)
In the final work, several types of guides are explained in detail. Their measurements and specifications are explained and their function explained. It is explained the lubrication of linear guides as well as the safety measures during installation and operation of the guides in order to avoid errors and reduce the accuracy of linear guides. In the final work there are also the main applications of linear guides and their marking. A calculation was calculated with the input values of the desired velocity of movement, acceleration and deceleration of the mass which the blocks and guides must be able to undergo. At the end of the calculation there are life expectancy results for each block in kilometers. The calculation has shown that the linear guide line chosen meets the desired requirements.
