Abstract
U radu je analiziran proces kontrole kvalitete vatrootpornih vrata, kao jedan od pokretnih elemenata za zatvaranje otvora u vatrootpornim zidovima, ugrađena u zid zajedno s okovom i bravama, koja imaju funkciju sprječavanja prijenosa požara i produkata izgaranja tijekom požara. Vatrootpornost se dokazuje ispitivanjem u uvjetima normiranog požara u peći za ispitivanje u određenom vremenu, prema kojemu se određuje otpornost na požar tih vrata. Cilj rada je utvrđivanje svih parametara i zahtjeva kojima moraju udovoljiti vrata otporna na požar, a to su: zahtjevi određeni važećim propisima, zahtjevi u pogledu konstrukcije i izvedbe vrata, zahtjevi u pogledu ispitivanja otpornosti na požar, zahtjevi u pogledu ugradnje u vatrootporni zid, zahtjevi nove europske norme EN 1634-1. Zadatak je prikupiti, analizirati te obraditi podatke o proizvodnji, ispitivanju, ugradnji i održavanju vatrootpornih vrata, te usporediti važeće hrvatske norme (HRN DIN 4102-5) sa zahtjevima europske norme HRN EN 1634-1.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents an analysis of the process of the control of fire resistant door, as one of the movable elements for closing the openings in fire resistant walls, built into the wall together with the irons and door locks, which have the function of preventing the transmission of fire and combustion products during a fire. Fire resistance is proved by testing under the conditions of the standardized fire in testing furnace at specified time, wich is determing the fire resistance of that doors. The aims of this paper are to determine all the parameters and requirements that this fire resistant doors have to satisfy, and they are: requirements specified with certain regulations, requirements for the construction and performance of the doors, requirements for fire resistance tests, requirements for installation in the fire resistance wall, requirements of the European standard EN 1634-1. The task is to collect, analyze and process the data of the production, testing, installation and maintenance of fire resistant doors, and compare the valid Croatian standard (HRN DIN 4102-5) with requirements of the European standard HRN EN 1634-1.
