Abstract
U općem (teorijskom) dijelu opisano je općenito o željeznim ljevovima. Napravljena je podjela ljevova s obzirom na kemijski sastav, strukturu, način proizvodnje i svojstva. Upravo zbog različitih svojstava, ljevovi se dijele na: čelični, bijeli tvrdi, sivi, nodularni i temper lijev. Sivi je lijev legura željeza i ugljika te dodataka silicija, mangana i fosfora, koja sadrži više od 2 % C (teorijski), a oko 2,5...4,5 % C praktički. Tipična mikrostruktura sivog lijeva sastoji se od perlitno-feritne metalne osnove i grafitnih listića. Zbog listićave strukture grafita, sivi lijev ima nisku vlačnu čvrstoću, tvrdoću, žilavost, istezanje i modul elastičnosti te povećanu osjetljivost na debljinu stjenke. Eksperimentalni dio rada obavljen je u Labaratoriju za materijale Strojarskog fakulteta uSlavonskom brodu. Izvršena je metalografska analiza uzorka sivog lijeva. Na osnovu rezultata dobiveni ispitivanjem donesen je zaključak. Ovaj pregledni rad prikazuje klasifikaciju, skručivanje, utjecaj kemijskog sastava na mikrostrukturu i svojstva, proizvodnju taline, svojstva i primjenu sivog lijeva.
Abstract (english)
In the general (theoretical) part, it is generally described about iron castings. Iron casting was made with respect to the chemical composition, structure, mode of production and properties. Due to its different properties, the cast iron is divided into: steel, white hard, gray, nodular and temperamental cast iron. Gray is a cast iron and carbon alloy and silicon, manganese and phosphorous additives containing more than 2 % C (theoretically) and about 2,5 to 4,5 % C practically. Typical microstructure of gray cast iron consists of perlite-ferritic metal base and graphite leaflets. Because of the graffiti structure of the graphite, the gray cast has a low tensile strength, hardness, toughness, stretching and modulus of elasticity, as well as increased thickness of the wall thickness. The experimental part of the work was carried out in the Laboratory for Materials of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Slavonski Brod. A metallographic analysis of the gray cast sample was performed. Based on the results obtained from the examination, a conclusion was reached. This review describes the classification, hardening, impact of chemical composition on microstructure and properties, melt production, properties and gray casting.
