Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je „Specifičnosti toplinske obrade čelika za cementiranje“. U teorijskom dijelu rada općenito su opisani čelici za cementiranje, njihov kemijski sastav, primjena i prokaljivost te postupci cementiranja u granulatu i plinu. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada na zupčastom vijencu provedena su sljedeća laboratorijska ispitivanja, prije i nakon toplinske obradbe koja se sastojala od postupaka cementiranja, odžarivanja i kaljenja: uzimanje i snimanje mikrostrukture čelika metodom metalografskih replika, mjerenje tvrdoća te penetrantsko ispitivanje u cilju utvrđivanja eventualnih pukotina, kojih na ovom zupčastom vijencu nakon toplinske obradbe nije bilo. Nakon toplinske obradbe, analizom rezultata ispitivanja utvrđen je značajan porast tvrdoće na zubu zupčastog vijenca u odnosu na stanje prije toplinske obradbe, dok je na samom vijencu i unutarnjem promjeru tvrdoća neznatno porasla. Također, nakon toplinske obradbe, dobivena je martenzitna struktura čelika, što je bio jedan od ciljeva provođenja ovog postupka. Zaključeno je kako su se toplinskom obradbom, odnosno variranjem njenih najznačajnijih parametara, poboljšala mehanička svojstva na odabranom čeliku te postigla tražena martenzitna mikrostruktura.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is „Specifics of the heat treatment of steels for cementation“. In the theoretical part of the paper, steels for cementation, their chemical composition, application and hardenability, and cementation procedures in granulate and gas are generally described. In the experimental part of the paper on the gear ring, the following laboratory tests were performed, before and after heat treatment, which consisted of cementation, annealing and quenching procedures: taking and recording the steel microstructure by metallography replicas, measuring hardness and penetrant testing in order to determine possible cracks, which were not on this gear ring after heat treatment. After heat treatment, the analysis of test results showed a significant increase in hardness on the tooth of the gear ring compared to the condition before heat treatment, while on the crown itself and the inner diameter of the hardness increased slightly. Also, after heat treatment, a martensitic structure of steel was obtained, which was one of the aims of carrying out this process. It was concluded that the heat treatment, ie the variation of its most significant parameters, improved the mechanical properties of the selected steel and achieved the required martensitic microstructure.
