Abstract
U radu je prikazano injekcijsko prešanje, te računalna simulacija tečenja polimerne taljevine u kalupnoj šupljini prema crtežu KPP1/2020. Rad se sastoji iz 2 dijela, teorijskog dijela i računalne simulacije. U prvom dijelu tj. teorijskom definirani su pojmovi polimernih materijala, njihove strukture i injekcijskog prešanja. Definirane su i vrste i svojstva polimernih materijala, te postupak injekcijsko prešanja. U drugom dijelu, analizom teorijskog dijela izrađena je simulacija u programskom paketu Moldflow. Na kraju je provedena simulacija punjenja kalupne šupljine te su rezultati prikazani grafički i numerički.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents injection molding and computer simulation of the flow of polymer melt in the mold cavity according to the drawing KPP1/2020. The paper consists of 2 parts, a theoretical part and a computer simulation. In the first part, the theoretically, the terms of polymeric materials, their structure and injection molding are defined. The types and properties of polymeric materials and the injection molding process are also defined. In the second part, the analysis of the theoretical part made a simulation in the software package Moldflow. Finally, a simulation of the mold cavity filling was performed and the results were presented graphically and numerically
