Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tematika uvođenja automatizacijskih sustava u proces proizvodnje, prepoznavanje i ispravno uvođenje automatizacijskog procesa ključan je čimbenik u daljnjem razvoju proizvodnog procesa, stoga se u radu počinje s pretpostavkom da prije razmišljanja o uvođenju automatizacijskog procesa potrebno je analizirati i sagledati aspekte procesa proizvodnje s obzirom na odgovarajući automatizacijski sustav. obrađena je primjena automatizacije za pojedine tehnološke postupke: lijevanja, obrade kalupne mješavine, preradbe polimernih materijala, oblikovanje metala deformiranjem, suvremene proizvodne postupci, te sastavljanje dijelova proizvoda. Automatizacija je nastavak procesa mehanizacije, zato jer se automatiziranim može učiniti samo onaj proces koji je u dovoljnoj mjeri mehaniziran. U širem smislu obuhvaća sve mjere i procese kojima se smanjuje udio ljudskog rada, opažanja i odlučivanja. U prvom dijelu rada dan je osnovni pristup automatizacije; drugi dio rada je sačinjen od dva poglavlja u kojemu je obrađena: primjena automatizacije kod pojedinih tehnoloških postupaka, te SWOT analiza centralizirane i decentralizirane automatizacije; te u trećem dijelu rada proveden je životni ciklus tvorničkih automatizacijskih sustava, kontrola kvalitete, te na osnovu provedenih poglavlja dan zaključak.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis is covered topic of implementing of automation systems in the production process, recognition and correct introduction of the automation process is a key factor in the further development of the production process, so the paper begins with the assumption that before thinking about the introduction of the automation process it is necessary to analyze and consider aspects of the production process. the application of automation for individual technological processes such as: casting, processing of casting mold mixture, processing of polymer materials, metal forming by deformation, modern production procedures, and assembly of product parts. Automation is a continuation of the process of mechanization, because only a process that is sufficiently mechanized can be automated. In a broader sense, it encompasses all measures and processes that reduce the share of human work, observations and decision-makings. The first part of thesis is covered a basic approach to automation; the second part of the paper consists of two chapters in which one is explained: the application of automation in individual technological processes, and SWOT analysis of centralized and decentralized automation; and in the third part of the thesis is covored the life cycle of factory automation systems, quality control, and on the basis of the given chapters, a conclusion was drawn.
