Abstract
U radu je prikazan proces proizvodnje grijaćih ploča koje su pored kalupa za vulkanizaciju guma, drugi najvažniji dio prese za vulkanizaciju automobilskih guma. Rad osim opisane tehnologije u kojoj su prikazane potrebne proizvodne aktivnosti za proizvodnju grijaćih ploča, također sadrži i prikaz potrebne dokumentacije na temelju koje je proizvodnja omogućena (atest postupka zavarivanja, atest zavarivača, certifikat osnovnog materijala, certifikat dodatnog materijala...)
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the process of manufacturing heating plates which, in addition to tire vulcanization molds, are the second most important part of the tire vulcanization press. In addition to the described technology, which shows the required manufacturing activities for the production of heating plates, it also contains a presentation of the necessary documentation on the basis of which production is enabled (certification of the welding process, certification of welders, certificate of...
