Abstract
U ovom radu su opisani neki od postupaka toplinske obradbe. Pobliže je opisan postupak poboljšavanja čelika, a u eksperimentalnom dijelu je taj postupak i izvršen na ispitnim uzorcima od čelika C45. Također, opisani su i stadiji popuštanja čelika te utjecaj legirajućih elemenata na proces popuštanja te ponašanje legiranih i nelegiranih čelika pri popuštanju. Zadatak eksperimentalnog dijela je bio dokazati i pojasniti utjecaj temperature popuštanja na tvrdoću zakaljenog nelegiranog čelika. Ispitni uzorci su najprije izrezani i pripremljeni za metalografska ispitivanja. Potom su podvrgnuti zagrijavanju i držanju na temperaturi austenitizacije te kaljeni u vodi. Svakom od tri uzorka je dodijeljena posebna temperatura popuštanja u razmaku od 50°C, te se tako na uzorcima jednakog kemijskog sastava, jednake mikrostrukture te jednakih svojstava mogao ispitati utjecaj temperature popuštanja. Eksperimentalnim je putem utvrđeno kako povišenjem temperature popuštanja opada tvrdoća ispitnih uzoraka, te je nedvosmisleno dokazano kako povišenjem temperature popuštanja se smanjuje tvrdoća zakaljenog nelegiranog čelika.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes some of the heat treatment processes. The processes of quenching and tempering steel are described in more detail, and also in experimental part this procedures were carried out on samples made of C45 steel. Also, the steel tempering stages and the influence of the alloying elements on the process of tempering and the behavior of alloyed and non-alloyed steels are described. The task of the experimental part was to demonstrate and clarify the effect that the tempering temperature has on the hardness of quenched non-alloyed steel. The test samples were firstly cut in suitable shape and prepared for metallographic tests. They are then subjected to warming and holding on the temperature of austenitization, after what they were quenched in water. Each of the three samples was assigned a special temperature, drop at the distance of 50°C, and thus on the samples of the same chemical composition, the same microstructure and the same properties could examine the effect of the tempering temperature. It has been experimentally determined that the increase in the temperature of tempering lead to drop of the hardness of the samples and it is unambiguously demonstrated that increasing of tempering temperature will lower down the value of hardness of quenched unalloyed steel.
