Abstract
U radu su detaljno opisani polimerni materijali (dodaci polimernim materijalima, dobivanje polimernih materijala, klasifikacija, prednosti i nedostaci, svojstva i njihova primjena), a nakon polimernih, opisani su i kompozitni materijali. Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada je bio detaljno opisati polimerne kompozite ojačane vlaknima. Tako je u radu opisan njihov razvoj, osnovna obilježja, općenito o vlaknima, granična površina između vlakna i osnove kao i problematika koja može nastati na graničnoj površini. Osim toga, što i na koji način utječe na svojstva kompozitnih polimera ojačanih vlaknima. S obzirom na ojačanje, opisani su kompoziti sa staklenim, ugljičnim i aramidnim vlaknima, prednosti i nedostaci te primjena svaki od njih. Slijedi opis detaljne proizvodnje polimera ojačanih vlaknima. Shematskim prikazima je objašnjen način rada svakog proizvodnog postupka te također prednosti, nedostaci i primjena svakog. U konačnici se opisuje trajnost i način recikliranja ovih kompozita.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes in detail polymeric materials (polymer additives, production of polymeric materials, classification, the advantages and disadvantages, properties and their application) and following them, it describes composite materials as well. The purpose of this paper is to describe in detail fibre-reinforced polymer composites. The paper describes their development, basic properties, general information about fibres, border surface between the fibre and the matrix as well as the problems that can occur on that border surface. Additionally, it describes what affects the properties of fibre-reinforced composite polymers and how. Considering enhancements, glass, carbid and aramid composites were described. What follows is a detailed description of fibre-reinforced polymer production. The principles of the production procedures for every production step are shown schematically. Their advantages, disadvantages and application are also shown. Additionally, the durability and recycling of these composites are described as well.
