Abstract
U radu se kroz nekoliko poglavlja opisuju postupci obrade bušenjem bez eksperimentalnih ispitivanja. U nastavku su opisane geometrijske značajke površine dobivenim pojedinim postupkom bušenja, kvaliteta površine, rezni alati, te izvedbe bušilica. U prvom poglavlju (uvodu) dane su osnovne postavke postupka bušenja. Prikazana je podjela postupaka obrade bušenjem. U drugom poglavlju opisane se pojedine izvedbe bušilica, te njihove prednosti i nedostatci. U trećem poglavlju opisane se tehnološke značajke pojedinih strojeva za obradu bušenjem i uz njih su objašnjeni parametri koji utječu na odabir stroja. Pod četvrtim poglavljem su prikazani rezni alati, njihova geometrija i materijali. Objašnjeno je gdje se svaki alat koristi u obradi bušenjem, te koje naprave služe za prihvat i stezanje obradaka.
Abstract (english)
In several chapters this work describes the processing methods by turning without experimental testing. The discontinuity is described by the geometrical properties of the surface obtained by a particular drilling procedure, surface quality, cutting tools and drilling performance. In the first chapter, a general introduction to drilling is described. The division of drilling operations is shown. In the second chapter, each drilling performance is described and their advantages and disadvantages. The third chapter describes the technological features of individual drilling machines and the parameters that affect the selection of the machine are explained. The fourth chapter presents cutting tools, their geometry and materials. It is explained where each tool is used for drilling and which tools are used for receiving and clamping the workpiece.
