Abstract
Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je provesti proces konstrukcijskog razvoja karting bolida sa svim koracima koji vode do gotovog rješenja. Na početku je opisan princip rada proizvoda i njegova građa. Također su prikazana postojeća rješenja i problemi koji se najčešće javljaju u praksi. U radu je definirana lista zahtjeva i želja koje karting bolid mora ispunjavati. Pomoću liste zahtjeva i želja definirana je konstrukcijska struktura proizvoda, a nakon toga gruba i detaljna funkcijska struktura. U detaljnoj funkcijskoj strukturi su navedene sve pomoćne, dopunske i povezne funkcije za svaki pojedini element karting bolida. Izradom modela prikazana je konstrukcijska struktura karting bolida i vizualni prikaz njegovih sustava kao skup pojedinih dijelova. Model karting bolida je izrađen u programu SolidWorks 2016. Napravljeni su proračuni lančanog prijenosa, vratila i kuta zakretanja. Metodom konačnih elemenata provedene su analize krajnika i okvira kako bi se dobila raspodjela naprezanja i pomaka. Numerički proračun pomoću MKE izveden je u programu ANSYS 18.1. Provedena je analiza industrijskog dizajna karting bolida odgovaranjem na kontrolna pitanja. U prilogu je dan dispozicijski crtež karting bolida izrađen u programu AutoCAD 2016.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of the graduate thesis was demonstrate the construction process of the go kart with all the steps leading to the final solution. At the beginning, the principle of product and its contents is described. Existing solutions and problems are most commonly reported in practice. The paper lists the requirements and wishes that go kart has to fulfill. The product construction structure is defined by the request and wish list, after which a rough and detailed functional structure is performed. In the detailed functional structure are listed all the auxiliary, supplementary and related functions for each element of the go kart. The design of the model depicts the construction structure of the go kart and the visual representation of systems as a set of individual parts. The model of go kart was made in SolidWorks 2016. Chain, shaft and wheel turning calculations were made. The finite element method involved analysis of the wheel hub and frames in order to obtain the distribution of stress and displacement. The numerical calculation using the MKE was performed in ANSYS 18.1. An analysis of the industrial design of go kart was carried out in response to control issues. The Assembly drawing was created in AutoCAD 2016 which is attached in Appendix.
