Abstract
Ovim završnim radom prikazani su procesi obrade metala deformiranjem, savijanje i probijanje. Prikazana je tehnologija izrade poluproizvoda sa stajališta razvojnika u tvornici rasvjetnih tijela Intra lighting. Osim definiranih procesa izrade, koji su rezultat razvoja i rada razvojnika, te prateće dokumentacije, rad opisuje problem, a kasnije i rješenje, zbog kojeg je potreban poluproizvod. Potreba za izradom stropnog nosača javila se nakon potrebe tržišta, odnosno kupca da industrijsku svjetiljku montira na strop, bez ovjesnog pribora, a da se svjetiljci ne smanji stupanj IP zaštite. Zadaća tehnologa nije samo razvoj proizvoda te njegovo lansiranje u proizvodnju, potrebno je napraviti i prateću tehničku dokumentaciju, te procese definirati unutar softwerskog programa. Postupci obrade metala deformiranjem su široko rasprostranjeni i ekonomični, te je njihova uporaba opravdana. Opisana tehnologija izrade ima namjenu skratiti vrijeme izrade, i smanjiti količinu otpadnog materijala. Proces razvoja, a kasnije i izrade, opisan je i slikovito prikazan.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor thesis presents insight into the metal processing by deforming, bending and punching. The technology of manufacturing semiproduct is presented from the standpoint of developer working in lighting factory, Intra lighting. Except definition of design processes, which are result in the development and developer's work, and it's supporting documentation, thesis describes the problem and solution which requires semiproduct. The need for a development of ceiling mount was shown after the need of the market for ceiling mounting of luminaire without suspension accessories and witout lowering IP degree of protection. Developer's task is not only product development and production launch, supproting technical documentation is required, and defining processes within a software program. Metal deformation processes are widespread and economical, and their use is justified. The described production technology is intended to shorten the production time and reduce the amount of waste material. The process of development and its elaboration are described and illustrated.
