Abstract
U radu je ukratko opisan univerzalni kombajn te jedan njegov sastavni sklop „usta uvlačnog kanala“,opisani su industrijski roboti , analizirana je primjena robota u tehnologiji zavarivanja. Polazi se od razvoja robota, njihove primjene u tehnologiji zavarivanja, prednosti i nedostataka. Opisana je robotska ruka HP 6. Prikazane su mogućnosti unaprjeđenja procesa zavarivanja donjeg hvatišta adaptera te je razrađena jedna od njih. Razrađena je mogućnost djelomične automatizacije upotrebom robota za koju je dizajniran alat za stezanje i pozicioniranje te je izvršena simulacija zavarivanja u programu MotoSim EG VRC za provjeru funkcionalnosti alata. U praktičnom dijelu rada napravljen je program za zavarivanje donjeg hvatišta, izvršeno je zavarivanje te usporedba vremena zavarivanja u odnosu na ručni postupak.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the universal harvester and one of its constituent assembly "mouth retractor channel " , industrial robots were described , is analyzed robot aplication in welding technology . The starting point is the development of robots and their applications in welding technology , advantages and disadvantages. The robot arm HP 6 is described. The possibilities of improving the process of welding the lower grips adapter were described and one of them was elaborated. Worked out the possibility of partial automation using the robot for which designed the tool for clamping and positioning and welding simulation is made in program MotoSim EG VRC for checking the functionality of the tool. In the practical part of the paper, program was developed for welding the lower grips, welding was made as well as comparison welding time compared to the manual process .
